- The "blog" link in the bottom right corner don't seem to go to a blog, but another website.

- The background doesn't tile well verrtically. This can be seen on the portfolio page.

- On the confirmation page for "Request a proposal" the link on the left looks different from the one on the rest of the pages (the link with the text "request proposal").
The one that is on most pages looks really good, so I would get rid of the one on the confirmation page.

- On the "services" page, there is quite a sharp sound coming from the flash banner.
I personally like to listen to music while I do things online, so I would recommend that you remove the sound.

- I think the Flash Tree Menu is a bit excessive in the Portfolio page, because you have the website that makes use of it on the same page.
I would remove it from the portfolio page, however if you have put in a lot of clever work into it, then write a small article on your blog about it instead.

- The "Hosting now provided..." banner has 3 blue boxes on the left. They don't make any sense. The image on the right looks good, but it's slightly ruined by the boxes on the left that doesn't seem to do anything. The banner gives me the impression that it's a 3rd party banner for some reason, and not your banner (until I realised it doesn't link to a page)

- I think your design isn't bad, the reason I gave you an average rating is because:
* The tiling of the background on the portfolio page
* The blue boxes in the flash banner previously mentioned
* The "Request proposal" button on the confirmation page mentioned above.

- The icons on the service page (blue box with a glass cube, box with a sprocket etc.) look okayish, but I think perhaps they don't match well the buttons on the right for "check out my blog" and "request proposal".
I also think that the icon for "Website creation" don't go well with the title. Perhaps some slight outline of a browser window, or something that symbolises the manufacturing of some kind.

- I gave you an "average" rating on the navigation because there are a few things I find lacking:
* No "back to top" links on the portfolio page
* The entire left menu (website creation, templates, logo design etc.) all goes to one page (if you created separate pages for each subject you would have more content and google loves content, better seo rating if you care for that etc.)
