- I mentioned previously that there was no "hover state" on Request Proposal, but I can see now that there is.
I'm not sure why that didn't work before.
If you use two pictures to create the hover over, I would recommend you use one picture as a background image, and just shift the background position when hovering over it.

- The title on mobilaudio219 reads "index".
Your page is too flash-y for my taste. Too many colors. Too many moving pieces (flash elemants). That tends to make it look somewhat less professional. Like someone that's just showing everything they know.
Tone it down a little and I think you will have a more professional look.
